Together is a couples location sharing application that allows you to:

• Share your real-time location with your connected partner
• View your partner's location and activities
• Track timeline and daily activities
• Send notifications and "bumps" to your partner

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our App
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share another person's location without their consent
• Harass, stalk, or harm others using our service
• Attempt to bypass security features or hack the App
• Use the App to collect data about other users without consent

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Together, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Together and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Together shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
