Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your Together account and remove your personal data at any time.

Recommended: Use the in-app delete option. It’s the fastest way to delete your account.
Delete directly inside the app
- Open Together → Profile.
- Tap Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
Once confirmed, your account is deleted and this action can’t be undone.
Request deletion via email
If you no longer have access to the app or your registered device, email our support team:

Include the following:
- The email address used to create your Together account.
- Your display name or pairing code (if available).
- Optional: a brief reason for deletion (helps us improve).
What happens after deletion?
Data removed
- Your profile and account data
- Couple connection (your partner will be unpaired)
- Locations, timeline items and track samples
- Places, bumps, and in-app feedback messages
Timing
- Primary data is removed immediately in most cases.
- Residual copies (e.g., backups) may take up to 30 days to be fully removed.
Purchases
- Your App Store / Google Play purchase history is managed by the store and may remain in your store account.

在 App 内直接删除
- 打开 Together → Profile（我的）。
- 进入 Settings（设置） → Account（账号） → Delete Account（删除账号）。
- 确认删除提示。
确认后会永久删除账号，该操作不可撤销。
通过邮件申请删除
如果你无法进入 App 或无法使用原设备，请发送邮件至：

邮件中请包含：
- 注册 Together 使用的邮箱地址。
- 昵称或配对码（如有）。
- 可选：删除原因（帮助我们改进）。
删除后会发生什么？
会被删除的数据
- 你的账号与个人资料
- 情侣配对关系（你的另一半会被解除配对）
- 位置数据、时间线条目与轨迹采样
- 地点、Bump 互动、以及 App 内反馈消息
时间范围
- 多数情况下核心数据会立即删除。
- 少量残留副本（例如备份）可能需要最多 30 天完成清理。
订阅与购买
- App Store / Google Play 的购买记录由应用商店管理，可能仍会保留在你的商店账户中。
